Wade LeBeau is a proud member of the Shoshone Nation and a dedicated U.S. military veteran. He served in the United States Navy from 1994 to 1999, continuing his service in both the Navy Reserve and Army Reserve.

With an extensive background in construction and roofing, Wade brings decades of hands-on experience and leadership to every project. His deep knowledge of the trades has been instrumental in shaping his business and mentoring others in the field.

As a father of five (ages 5, 8, 10, 12, and 14), Wade knows the value of hard work, resilience, and family. His mission is to build a company that empowers fellow veterans to launch and grow their own million-dollar businesses.
Guided by service, skill, and purpose, Wade is committed to creating lasting impact—one veteran-owned business at a time.

Joseph “Joey” Waller is a 10-year U.S. Army veteran with a strong foundation in construction and a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial roofing.
He joined War Horse Roofing in March 2024, bringing with him not only technical expertise but also a deep commitment to service and mentorship.
Joey’s leadership style is shaped by his military background and his dedication to helping fellow veterans—both in business and in their personal journeys. He is passionate about guiding others toward success, drawing on his own life experiences and values.
